The views from our home are incredible. Every morning you are greeted with the most gorgeous Lake Superior sunrise. Ships will be frequently parked just outside your window awaiting their turn to pass under the iconic Aerial Lift Bridge, which is just a short walk away. This home features an amazing bunk room with a queen, full and two twin beds, it's named after Grandma Evelyn. Across the hall, the Arlene room (named after our other grandma) has a spacious king-sized bed. These two rooms have an incredible view facing east overlooking the beach and stunning Lake Superior. The third bedroom, fondly named the Sundrop Room in honor of our dad, also has a King-sized bed. You have a view of Lake Superior from the south window looking to the east. This second-level room also features a spacious, adjacent porch with a private deck. Plenty of space for a pack-n-play or air mattresses. All this is situated in Duluth's famous Park Point and is just a short walk down the beach from the Aerial Lift Bridge and Grandma's Restaurant in Canal Park. You're only steps away from Lake Superior's public five-mile sandy beach and Franklin Tot Lot, which is a rare find. The yard has a front and back deck, gas grill and an amazing lake view and access.
