Located on Goose Pond, the house is fully furnished with a washer/dryer inside the house and is 14 miles from Dartmouth College in Hanover and from Lebanon, 15 miles from Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Only those who apply through Zillow will be considered. Thank you. Rent: - $1700/month. An advance security deposit of $1700 is required. First month's rent + deposit required at signing. - Lease through August 31st, 2024 or through December 31st, 2024 (flexible). - Utilities not included.
