Batteries on keypad need to be changed every month. Please take precautions for power outages as these are acts of God, and we are responsible to provide hotel relocation. First months rent and Deposit required at walk through and exchange of keys & all garage remotes. Tenants are required to keep porches clean. Swept with no added storage boxes build up. All Kids/adult bikes Stored in garage. Please leave gates unlocked for those using landscapers to mow. Any replacement of boards or astro turf chewed by dogs will be at tenants expense to repair and replace. Please run fans or open bathroom windows when showing to avoid condensation build up and rust/mold.
