Property Id: 1037240 Village Concepts is a 3rd generation family owned business with a passion for providing quality living communities for seniors. Spiritwood has completely independent living cottages as well as a main community with apartments for independent living, assisted living and secure memory care. In the cottage community, there are 17 garden homes built in 2018 with modern features. They are two bedroom with two bathrooms. All have a full kitchen, attached large one car garage, private patio and laundry. In addition, they include maintenance, biweekly housekeeping, access to all activities in our main community, and basic utilities such as water, sewer, garbage and electricity with heat/AC. They rent for $4750/month but we have an option that is currently $4,250. If you would like to add a meal plan, you may for an additional price.
