If you need a house with lots of room & space, you've found your gem! This is a FULLY FURNISHED, 4 bedroom, brick ranch home. You'll love the ease of stepping in to a home with everything ready for you - pots and pans, linens, internet, etc. You don't have to go through the trouble of setting up bills in your name, no moving heavy couches! Walk in and enjoy. You will have the entire home to yourself. No one else lives on the property. It is convenient to everywhere you want to go! It's about 10 minutes to the Airport, Uptown & Southpark. Great restaurants & shops nearby. There are multiple parks in walking distance & minutes to the Greenway! Hop on the nearby light rail (1 mile away) & easily explore the city. Shops, the mall, restaurants, bars, breweries, and parks are all within a mile! You also have quick and easy access to all main highways - 77, 485, and 85. This neighborhood is truly one of the best locations in Charlotte. The 4 bedrooms, oversized den and living room give you plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. Sip morning coffee on the outdoor patio, or cozy up with a book in the Living room overlooking your own small 'private park.' Bedrooms have been designed with the guest in mind with tvs, extra blankets, additional charging outlets for your electronics, extra seating, full length mirrors, blackout curtains, etc. The Master bedroom has a king bed, private bath with a spa shower, and 3 large closets. The other 3 bedrooms also have large closets, and each has a queen bed, and a sitting chair. One of the rooms is extra large and offers a small desk and additional seating. We have all new stainless steel appliances and a nice gas range. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, glasses, and cookware you need to make your stay complete. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated, including marble flooring. The rest of the home has new hardwoods throughout. We have some games for entertainment. We also offer children's toys, books, a pack and play, a baby bath tub, sitting chair, etc. We are not liable for the safety of any of these items, please inspect before use. There is plenty of parking, multiple cars fit in the driveway and behind the home. The backyard is completely fenced in. Sometimes our dates are flexible. Please inquire if there is a date blocked off that you are interested in renting. *No illegal activity or firearms. No smoking or vaping inside property. *All animals must be pre-approved and included on the lease. *Check out is 10am. Late check out is a $25 fee per half hour after 10am. *Whomever pays for and makes booking must be present on property. *Additional, separate fee may apply for number of guests. Will be discussed before booking. Parties and additional guests are not allowed without pre-approval from host. *Surveillance devices that can capture video, picture, and audio, are located on outside of property for security. *Violation of any policies will result in forfeit of deposit and a minimum of $500 fine per incident. *We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during these unprecedented times. As a very small business, we are not able to refund based on covid or medical related issues, weather, state travel regulations, power outages, wifi outages, acts of nature (such as rain, bugs, snow, storms, etc.) personal reasons, etc. *Payment of money and taking possession of the property for specified term after review of our rules/policies, is evidence of your acknowledgement and acceptance of agreement and your intent to use this property for a vacation rental under the NC vacation rental act. *By booking/renting this space, you agree to all terms and conditions listed.
