The home has nice sized backyard for family gatherings or to just relax in the sun on sunny summer afternoon. The home is in walking distance to the Beloit Public Library, Eclipse center and Riverside Park. Renter is responsible for all utilities, water, gas, and electric. Outside of utilities if a tenant is interested in cable, internet etc., they must pay for it on their own. Please note, satellite dishes are prohibited on the property. A security deposit is due at signing, smoking is prohibited inside the home/garage and no pets are permitted. Parking vehicles on the yard in front or behind the house or garage is not permitted.
