The bottom walkout level features a third large bedroom with queen bed and one bath, family room with a minibar, remote workspace and home gym with a peloton and weight set. Guests will have access to the entire space, minus the owner's closet and storage shed. There is a full service security system on site. The fireplace is non-operational. Security deposit depends on length of stay. Owner pays utilities for anything less than 6 months stay.
