Hardin county schools are in the 10 to fifteen minute driving distance. One or two jet-ski ports can be negotiated in monthly price. Cats are allowed and dogs allowed outside within gated kennel. Owner will pay water bill. Gas and Electric are paid by Renter. Renter and renters guests are responsible for abiding by all HOA rules. Trash must be kept inside or brought to dumpster; no construction type items can be disposed of in dumpsters. Owner may drop in anytime 8-6pm to review property. Owner reserves right to expel tenant for failure to pay or damages to property. Owner reserves sole right to expel tenants after agreed upon lease limit.
