Beautiful and modern 1,381 sq ft house in sought after Willamette Landing neighborhood. Front yard is maintained and watered by HOA. Includes access to the large neighborhood pool (summer), gym facilities (all year), basketball court, clubhouse use and more. It's simply a wonderful neighborhood to live in! A few blocks away from Willamette Park, under 3 miles to OSU campus and very close to bus route. Owners live in Corvallis and are very quick to respond if there are any issues (not a faceless management company). Included: 2 car garage, modern washer & dryer, gas fireplace, central A/C, gas heat. Owner pays HOA dues. HOA maintains front of house, including front yard watering and mowing. Tenant maintains the rest of the property, including watering and mowing back yard. Tenant pays all utilities. $400 cleaning fee required. This means when tenants leave, we clean the house! Washer, dryer & lawn mower: Tenants may use the existing units provided they are well maintained. There is no warranty on these items, other than they work right now. Maintenance and repair to be paid for by tenant and they must be in good working condition when tenant leaves. If tenant has their own, landlord will remove the existing units prior to move-in. Pets: 1 or 2 may be allowed, provided they are completely house trained, quiet and tenant puts rugs on floors where pet claws may scratch. If you have a dog that barks on a regular basis, the HOA will assess fines and/or require eviction, so no loud pets please! Pets must be pre approved by landlord. There is a $250-300 cleaning fee per pet and $20-40/mo additional rent per pet. Pets to go through screening and documentation of registration and vaccinations required. Application- Each adult must pay for and submit an application through Zillow. The first application in a group will have the option in the application to list and invite the other adults in their group to apply. This will keep everyone together in the Zillow system. Restrictions: No smoking. Must adhere to HOA rules or HOA will assess fees to be paid by tenant. Back yard to be taken care of by tenants and it is expected to be maintained to it's current condition. Maximum pet occupancy is 2.
