Furnished 2bdrm loft style apartment The unit: The loft occupies the entire top floor of a restored 1904 house. It has its own separate entrance and (2) dedicated parking spaces in the driveway. You enter through a large door into a private foyer on the first floor. The original staircase leads upstairs to a spacious loft, (840 sq.ft.) which contains a loft style bedroom, with 12ft ceilings, a second bedroom with window seat, a living area, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. Storage consists of two large closets, ( one is a walk-in), and additional storage space in the attic. Amenities: The loft is fully furnished, including appliances, dishes, glassware, cutlery,and utensils. Common areas include front and rear porches, back yard, fire pit, and laundry. Heat and air installed in 2021. The Neighborhood: Located one block off main Street in the Highland Park / Ridgedale area in Chattanooga's historic south side. It is a mixed and vibrant neighborhood undergoing transformation, as homes built over 100 years ago are lovingly restored, and formerly derelict businesses on Main Street give way to fabulous coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. The house is walking distance to local favorites like "Lo Main, BarQue, and The Spot", and a mile from lower main and downtown. Nearby hospitals include Earlanger, CHI Memorial, and Park Ridge. Occupancy and leasing: Occupancy is for (2) persons maximum. Pets considered on a case by case basis, with additional pet deposit required.
