This is our summer home (06/01 - 08/31) that we rent during (approximately) the school year. The school is in the Penfield school district and walking distance to both Corbett's Glen and Ellison Park. The lease period for this house would run until 05/31/24 and won't be able to be extended as we live there in the summer. High speed fiber optic internet, garbage and water are included in the rent. Tenant responsible for any other non-specified utilities and services. Income/employment verification as well as credit/background check required.
