The second bathroom is jack-and-Jill style with tub and shower combination to accommodate efficiency at its best. The flooring in the bedrooms is carpeted, exuding both warm and comfort. The house has two living rooms, the upper and lower floors that provide privacy and coziness among company that create lifetime memories. Both armoires house the smart TV that promotes atmosphere of convenience yet conducive for family gathering and heartfelt conversations. The chef's dream has a kitchen equipped with an island and three bar stools, granite countertops, and all the necessary cooking amenities! The dining room seats four and opens the space to the living room and kitchen island ideal for intimate family meals or gatherings. Deposit is refundable, amount pending determination on the inspection day (usually on the last day of stay) . Damages to the property will be paid by the tenant and will be charged to the deposit amount. Tenant will observe the garbage schedule to maintain cleanliness of the property. Wednesday and Friday early am are the garbage pickup days. Please take trash out the night before. Property may be scheduled for a regular pest control maintenance and will be communicated ahead of time to the tenant. Minimum stay of 30:days. Lease term may be extended as long as the landlord has an adequate communication by email or text.
