You'll have your own private drive with 1 large space of parking under a carport (we park a vehicle long-term there, too) and additional outside parking next to the cabin. We're looking for someone who's quiet, professional, takes care of our house/furnishings and who pays rent on time. We also live on the property and have one other short-term rental property. Small, well behaved and non-barking dogs will be considered. No smoking allowed inside. Not suitable for children. Longer term lease may be available to the right person. Located in Pipe Creek, 15 minutes from Bandera, 30 minutes to Boerne, 50 minutes to San Antonio. Owner pays all utilities including internet, water, trash and electric.
