This home is located in the Richmond Hill area in Asheville. Conveniently just a couple miles from Downtown. There is a frisbee golf course in the neighborhood as well as trails for hiking and cycling. This is a nice quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms and living room are Hardwood floors. It has a eat in kitchen. Heating and cooling system is a heat pump. There are washer and dryer hookups in the mechanical room at the back of the carport. The back yard is fenced. And there is a 16'x12' studio/workshop at the back of the property. PETS ARE NEGOTIABLE. I am a small time landlord. I take care of my properties and I am very responsive if a problem arises. Historically my tenants stick around until they buy their own home or leave Asheville. Renter is responsible for utilities which includes Power, Water and Natural Gas. No smoking in the house. No satellite dish is to be attached to the roof for internet service. Lawn mowing service is included.
