100% Fully furnished. We have added an awning in the back to create shade in the evenings. The circle it is located on is quiet and has great people living in the neighborhood. This rental was built the end of 2020 and is in great shape. The 3rd car section of the garage you see in the picture is not included. We are using it as storage. It has had a wall added and is separate from the 2 car section. Absolutely no smoking. No pets. Parking in the driveway is ok but we do require you not to block the 3rd car section. Tennant pays for Utilities. Electricity, Water, Sewer, Trash Can Rental, Cable, Internet. Also you will be responsible for changing the furnace filters every month and the fire alarm batteries every 6 months. Also checking and adding salt to the water softener. We will provide the filters, batteries and salt. We will require the first and last months rent and the $1500 security deposit at signing of the lease. For a 12 month min. lease the amount will be $2200 per month. For 6 months min. $2500 per month due the 1st of each month. Direct deposit into our account at the credit union would be preferred.
