A majority of the homes are all electric. Failure to set up the Electric and Gas service will result in a $50.00 fee. No animal may be kept in the Community without permission of Management. All pets must be registered in the Management office to complete appropriate paperwork, including the Pet Addendum. A pet deposit of $250.00 per animal, with a maximum of 2 animals, may be required to keep a pet in a rental home. Any damage caused by the pet will be deducted from the deposit and any additional charges the deposit did not cover will be charged back to the resident.
