Th interior of this has home has been remodeled and freshly painted. It is about 2 minutes from Food Lion and Dollar Tree in Lillington. It is a quiet neighborhood. Landlord pays for the garbage pickup. Furniture and any other large garbage will not be picked up by the sanitation service. The tenant is responsible for the removal in a timely manner. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. The lawn care is maintained by the landlord. Any extra landscaping that the tenant would like completed will be the responsibility of the tenant and will not come out the rent. The rent will be paid on the first of every month. There is a grace of 5 days. After the 5th there will be a late fee. The full amount of the rent will be paid every month, it will not be divided up. Laundry hook up is provide, but tenant is responsible for their own washer and dryer. NO Section 8. No pets allowed(other than ESA or Service Animals with notarized letter from a certified professional) No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home. All major repairs will be completed by the landlord. Upkeep and daily maintenance is to be completed by the tenant. There will be no long term guests. Only the tenants on the lease are allowed to reside on the premises. If someone is found to be residing on the premises, other than the named tenants, tenants will be evicted. You will need to provide 4 months of pay stubs, contact information of current landlord, and must make 3 times the rental payment.
