This cabin is located in the Buckskull community of Big Canoe, and is centralized to the playground, beach area, fitness center and subdivision's postal facility. The property has 4 bedrooms with a total of 5 queen beds including a room with 2 twin bunk beds. The master bedroom is located on the main level with ensuite. There are 2 large outdoor decks, 1 screened in back porch, and a front porch that runs the length of the home. Great open concept living with hardwoods throughout. Big Canoe is a gated community and offers multiple family-oriented activities such as boating, fishing, golfing, swimming, and tennis. 1 year rental agreement requested. Renter is responsible for the utilities / internet fees. No smoking, pets are allowed ($300 non refundable deposit for each pet). $2800 deposit as well as first month's rent ($2800) due at signing. There are 2 outdoor assigned parking spaces for the cabin.
