Fully Furnished Duplex: We have an artfully renovated historic duplex in what is arguably the fastest growing neighborhood in Milwaukee. Both units are fully furnished and I did not cut any corners while renovating this home. All the furniture is excellent quality while each kitchen has been stocked with brand new appliances, beautiful butcherblock countertops, and all the cookware you will need. The home is insanely clean. It has been utilized as an AirBnB in the summer months, so it has been professionally cleaned many times. Not to mention, my wife and I scrubbed all the wood work, walls, and each window this month. There is not a day I don't wish I was the one living in this home. Walker's point is an incredible spot to be in no matter the season. Owner will cover utilities. Renters will shovel the sidewalk and entry in winter months. Dogs up to 35lbs allowed, but additional charges/deposits exist to protect our home and cover eventual cleaning needs. I am only looking to rent from November 2023 to April 2024. The duration can be as short as 7 days or as long as 4 months. This is a duplex.
