Quiet country setting. 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom modular with a two car attached garage. Approved tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance. Pets are allowed, we allow one dog up to 20 lbs or one cat, they are an additional $50 a month and $100 of the deposit becomes non-refundable. Approved application and background check are required for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the unit. There is a $40 application fee, if approved we apply it to the deposit, it not we return it. You can come by our office O'Kelley Inc - 11800 S. US HWY 41, Terre Haute, IN (Between Boot City and Pat's Cafe) M - F 8-4 pm and sign out the keys to take a look at the unit. Tenant pays all utilities.
