The kitchen is equipped with dishware, flatware, cups/mugs, cookware, and cooking utensils, large family room, private yard, WIFI, Smart TV, a dining room table that comfortably seats 8, and a patio for relaxing outdoors! The house is equipped with air conditioning, heat, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Easy access to grocery stores, many restaurants, shopping centers, health care clinics, and hospitals. A short drive to the Rock River that runs through Rockford, Anderson Japanese Gardens, Rockford Casino, Skateland, Hurricane Harbor, Cherryvale Shopping Center, Coronado Performing Arts Center, the 317 Art Collective, Severson Dells Nature Center, Veterans Memorial Hall, Burpee Museum of Natural History, Nicholas Conservatory & Garden, AMC Rockford 16 theater, and more! The house is professionally cleaned one time per month. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for and pays for gas and electric. Security deposit due at signing. Crime-free, drug-free premises; no smoking and no use of drugs anywhere on the property or in the home. Dogs are permitted, no more than four (4) dogs, and dogs #3 and #4 will be an additional $25/mo each. Renter must manage dogs behavior so that it is not destructive to the property and/or a nuisance to any neighbors, and is managed in accordance to the City of Rockford's dog ordinances. On-street parking in front of the house or garage parking for $100/mo. Lease terms will be twelve (12) months, lease beginning date is stated on the lease agreement and expires 364 days after. Lawn care, weekly pet waste pick up and removal, and snow removal are the responsibility of the renter and must maintained in accordance of the City of Rockford's codes. Garbage to be disposed of according to the City of Rockford's waste pick up schedule. Property will be professionally cleaned one-time per month, this will the limited to vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchen floor. No personal property of the renter will be included in the professional cleaning.
