Beautiful remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a nice deck and beautiful front porch. Tenants pay all utilities including water and reclamation. Minimum Gross income is $3,000.00 per month. First months rent of $1,000 and $1,000 Security Deposit ($2,000.00) due at lease signing. No smoking and no pets allowed.
