Furnished, 3 bedroom house. Great for refinery workers. Across the street from PBF's Chalmette Refinery - sleeps 6-8. There are bunk beds in 3 of the bedrooms, and the living room couch is a queen pull out. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Large kitchen and living area, plenty of parking. High speed internet included. Each room has a TV with streaming capability, a desk, a white noise machine, and two safes. Laundry is free onsite. Two towel sets provided per person, and some starter laundry / bathroom items. Central AC/Heat, but window units are available for installation if temperature needs are different for tenants. The yard is not fenced in and it's a shared space, so I listed this as no-pets, but if all are okay with an animal in the house, so am I with a small deposit. The $3000/mo assumes full occupancy. If you have less than 6 staying there, let's talk. The lease can either be with the company of the workers staying there, or with ONE of the tenants who will be responsible for all and be the point of communication. Length of lease is very negotiable. Cleaning and supplies (other than an initial starter pack) will be the sole responsibility of the tenants. The $1000 deposit covers the $300 cleaning fee after you leave, the other $700 will be refundable minus any damage.
