This beautiful spacious 4BD/3.5BA cabin is located on riverfront 0.82-acre lot inside Coosawattee River Resort, a gated community in Ellijay GA. The resort offers gated entry, three swimming pools, one of which is Olympic size and heated for a year-round use, tennis courts, gym room and more. This cozy updated cabin features fully stocked kitchen, two wraparound decks, where you can relax enjoying the view or dine alfresco, grill, hot tub, sauna, fishing deck, and outside fire pit. Within short drive for your enjoyment is charming downtown of Ellijay, shopping, dining, apple farms, wineries, hiking trails, Carters lake. We prefer 6-9 month or 1 year lease. Two parking spaces, one on the driveway one in front of the house. No pets and no smoking. We pay for propane and water. Any other expenses such as garbage, electricity, internet is the guest's responsibility. First month rent and refundable security deposit due at lease signing.
