All adults over 18 years of age must submit a separate application, only then we will begin processing. As soon as your application is approved we will collect the security deposit and set up a move-in date. This home will not last long on the market, so if you are interested, we recommend applying online quickly. Applicants are approved based on credit score, criminal record, job and rental history. We require a copy of a valid GA drivers' license, $50 application fee and copies of pay stubs. No Sec 8. No bankruptcies. Homes will not be reserved until security deposit is collected and cleared.
