Available early January we will be renting our, 6 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom 3500 SQ ft home on a little over an acre on private drive. Home includes a salt water pool, 10 seat tiki bar, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, raised garden area, storage barn with roll up garage door and power, and all outdoor furniture remains, inside will be unfurnished. Inside has cooks kitchen (for real), separate coffee bar with sink, living room, dining room with banquette, keeping room and family room with kitchenette. We lived here for 24 years, hosted a few hundred parties; pool parties, birthday parties, Memorial day parties, graduation parties (ours and hosted for friends); now you can make some memories here too. Includes weekly pool maintenance and biweekly yard maintenance, quarterly pest control and annual house wash and touch-up paint for the outside of the house. This home is casual, comfortable, farmhouse/beachy, and made for entertaining. There is storage for a late model boat or RV up on approval, and chicken a coop already in place, although it's not been used in a few years. We are in a very private enclave near River Ridge, Mill Creek and Arnold Mill elementary and super close to downtown Woodstock. We are not in a neighborhood. Qualified renters would need 1 month rent deposit, renters insurance, verifiable income and rental history or the like. 1 year lease, or longer for better rate. Pets considered with nonrefundable deposits. Fenced area around pool. 1-2 year lease available, 2 year with some discount.
