We offer a $75 per month discount to renters who do lawn care. This includes mowing the lawn and trimming edges. Beautifully renovated home near Henderson Center. Has an awesome kitchen, a gas fireplace in the living room and a new forced air furnace installed in 2023. The garage was expanded by a previous owner to accommodate a workshop. It's big and open and a it's a separate structure, perfect for a home business - and you can still park your car in it! We are looking for, ideally, one or two adult NON-SMOKERS with NO DOG. One cat would be okay. We would love to see someone make part of the large yard into garden beds. We are long-time local residents who don't use a property management company. We are responsive and take excellent care of the property. Owner pays for garbage/recycling/green-waste and water. Renter pays for gas/electric. A discount of $75 per month is offered if renter does lawn care. No smoking allowed. Lease is month to month but a longer term lease will be considered.
