Landlord will consider shorter lease term, but lease payments will be higher. $8000 per month, for up to 8 people, for leases shorter than 6 months. Ideal term would be November 2023 through June 2024. Landlord will accept a 12 month lease if desired by lessee. No subletting of property is allowed.
