It's ten minutes walking distance from downtown, with walking paths going through Granite Creek Park and along the Creek. Also two blocks to walk to business strip that has Smith's grocery and nearby restaurants. Owner pays water and city garbage. As well as electric, gas, WiFi and Netflix. No smoking or pets allowed.
