Parties, loud music, and excessive noise are NOT allowed. - Smoking (anything) is NOT allowed on the property, both inside and outside. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. - Please note that we have 24/7 video security cameras installed on the exterior of the property, focused solely on entryways for safety purposes. - For safety reasons, it's important to only play outdoor games like Cornhole and Ladder Ball in the backyard and not inside the house. - Be sure to bring the Cornhole and Ladder ball games back inside once you are done playing for the day. Please do not leave them outside overnight in the backyard as the automated sprinkler system turns on at 10 PM. - Kindly leave the property in the same condition as you found it to avoid additional cleaning fees for an excessive mess, such as stains on furniture, flooring, linens, and unwashed dishes.
