This is a seasonal rental until May 1, 2024 only. Damage deposit is $3,500, first and last month's rent if 6 month lease required before move-in. Renter must have approved credit score, and prefer references, and employer (unless retired). ONLY AVAILABLE NOW AND UNTIL 5/1/2024. 3 month maximum rental. 30 day minimum. This is a fully furnished home, including linens, fully stocked kitchen (without food), Owner has personal belongings in the garage, but you still get 3 full bays for cars. Landlord pays all utilities, internet, cable TV, trash, recycle, yard maintenance, no name change. It is forced air heat, very efficient (energy star rated). I would prefer a 3 month lease, but can lease for as little as one month at a time. We have a house cleaner and it is required at a minimum every 30 days. $250/clean is paid by tenant.
