Very private guesthouse overlooking the Chattahoochee River, located on landlords personal estate. I am looking for someone who can help once in a blue moon with some muscle (you will be compensated) and who has good manners. This place is ideal for one or maybe, two adults who are looking for secluded lifestyle as cabin is about 1/3 of mile off the road. Cabin is completely unfurnished, has vaulted ceilings, granite counters, central heat and air and large shower. Sit under ceiling fans on huge porch and watch bald eagles and the river go by. Landlord is retired, lives and is constantly doing something all over on estate. Smokers, party people, trashing, will not be tolerated. No working on vehicles, storing junk materials, or rolling down windows and throwing out your mcdonalds cup, ETC. There is no washer and dryer hook up. Also, if you can't afford THE LISTED RENT AMOUNT or need a washer and dryer, DO NOT waste my time. I wish you all the luck finding a better deal. Two months deposit required but I will work break up payments. Application fee for background check and cleaning fee. No smoking and no pets. Zero storage of junk allowed. Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance.
