The house is dated, comes with; 2 Fridges, 2 Stoves, 2 Washers & Dryer. All appliances are fully functional at the moment, but here is no warranty of any kind on appliances supplied. All appliances supplied have been checked and are fully working and functioning as intended. There may be need for some: wall painting, landscaping, cleaning or deep cleaning depending on prospective residents tastes and circumstances. We do not do those, and they are up to tenants. This is basic rental and what you see at viewing is what you get. All this is up to tenants, but we do not pay for this or for additional cleaning or additional fixing. Outside security cameras, fiber internet and home security monitoring service are integral part of the property. That means they are all provided free of additional charges but are not removable. All heating devices: furnaces, fireplaces, all cooling devices, all appliances, will be working at move in, but they will be supplied as courtesy item. This is a basic rental of sturdy quality property, with no frills of any kind attached, with discount price of $1100 a month, in a decent neighborhood of Brantwood, and is appropriate for a person who likes to be left alone & get along, and work with landlord, and not against one, and appreciates a good deal when he founds one, but it might not be suitable for everyone, especially for persons who require full service property.
