You have the ORIGINAL part of the house with central heating/air to yourself. I have the small added apartment. It is, essentially. a duplex with a door in between which locks from both sides to ensure privacy as desired but is unlocked for access to the utility room and for cleaning. Shared utility room available to both. Completely furnished with linens, all kitchen needs, all bathroom needs. WHOLE HOUSE WI FI, 60" T.V. STREAMING FOR SEVERAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL CHANNELS, LAUNDRY COST, TRASH PICK-UP COST, HOUSE CLEANING COST, AND UTILITIES ALL INCLUDED IN $1,200 PER MONTH EXPENSES FEE. Your expenses are, basically, food, your pet care, and your own entertainment. Extra sleeping arrangements (up to 5 people comfortably) available for visitors/guests. Full of original art and beautifully decorated in eclectic Southwestern style. Your CAT FRIENDLY pet/s welcome (50 lbs. or less and you are responsible to clean up after them). Completely fenced 1 acre lot, on/off-street parking. Smoking/vaping outdoors on covered front porch. The small art community has many shops, a Center for the Arts which offers exhibits as well as concerts, other events, and a whole community art festival with food and entertainment yearly, also a grocery/hardware store. All are within walking distance. The Green Valley community with all needed services is a 20-minute drive (essentially across town). Tucson is about 50 miles North of Tubac. Yearly lease paid monthly. Smoking/vaping outdoors only. Prefer settled, neat person who is able-bodied, friendly, but likes their privacy also. May, occasionally, be willing to help with heavy lifting.
