Tahoe Donner Amenities: Access to Tahoe Donner recreation facilities including pools, hot tubs, children's play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Guest access fee for TD Trout Creek Recreation Center and other Tahoe Donner amenities, children 6 and under are free. Tahoe Donner Covenants Rules: Between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., seven days a week are considered quiet hours, during which noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance or nuisance to neighbors. Noise includes but is not limited to outdoor music, no late-night partying, no amplified or motorized sounds.
