Mattresses, bed frames, refrigerator, oven, couch, basement carpeting were all purchased brand new within the last year. As of August, water heater, OR, and water softener have been replaced with new equipment. We will provide regular landscaping, and handyman services whenever needed. Tenant's will pay for utilities including Wifi, electric, and gas. Owner will cover waste management, landscaping, and any maintenance work required. Duration of lease is 12 months minimum. Extensions are permissible. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Mattress and bed frames are provided.
