Fully-furnished villa with a king size bed in the master bed room and a queen size bed in the quest room. It also has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen: cooking pots, pans, pressure cooker, dishes, flatware, drinking glasses, utensils, coffee makers, toaster, blender, waffle maker and MUCH MORE! Every room has a ceiling fan (including the lanai) and there are also two flat-screen TVs: one in the living room and the other one in the master bed room (both TVs with Roku streaming media content from various online services). Our villa is conveniently located in the Village of Woodbury, which is close to shopping at the Mulberry Grove Plaza Shopping Center (Publix, Subway, Beef'O'Brandy's, JQ Hair & Nails, Sammy Joe's Pizzeria Cafe, and Bealls Outlet). The Mulberry Grove Village Recreation Center is close by and features a fitness club, an art & crafts room, and plenty of meeting rooms for clubs and activities. Just 5 minutes away from Spanish Springs and Nancy Lopez Restaurant! The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. All taxes, Roku stream TV, high-speed Internet, water, electricity, sewer, and trash services are included. 15-LB or less dog is allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. No smoking allowed. The Villages Guess Pass are free of charge and The Villages Temp. Resident ID is $50.
