Cute house in the country Completely renovated within the last few years. Small house only 900 square feet. 1 bedroom. Big yard that you must mow and take care of The outside appearance of the house is a big deal to me, you must be willing to take good care of it!! There is a large storage shed as well. You can NOT park a car in in but great for motorcycles, 4 wheelers, and tools. Alarm is on the shed as well as the house. Shed has power. No pets and no smoking!! Minimum of a 1 1/2 year lease!! Looking for a good long term renter who will take great care of the house. NO PETS NO SMOKING!! Must be willing to mow a big yard. Would really like someone who enjoys yard work. I am a strict landlord but I have nice houses. This one has a few things that have to be maintained by the renter since it is a country home.
