The community infrastructure has been 100% renovated in the past year and features: New sewage, electrical service, tree removal, foundations, and new 2023-2024 homes. Rockport Estates is formerly known as Collins Community. This 3 bed 2 bath is $1,250 per month. Mowing and snow removal provided. Two-off Street parking spaces provided for every home.
