I'm looking for reliable and family oriented tenants to rent our home in Suwanee. Home details: Address: 3322 Newkirk Way, Suwanee, GA 30024 2-story, 2400 sq.ft 4 br / 2.5 ba Cul-de-sac property Flat, fenced backyard Entire first floor renovated with brand new floors, paint, and appliances Brand new 2 AC units (Jun 2023) Brand new Fridge (Jun 2023) Brand new Dishwasher (Jun 2023) Availability: Feb 1, 2024 I would prefer families with or without kids. We are also pet friendly, so pets are welcome (after review). There will be an addition $400 pet deposit. I don't have to tell you about the school districts in Suwanee; these are the assigned schools: Suwanee Elementary North Gwinnett Middle North Gwinnett High Rent is $2600. I am looking for renters who know how to keep up a house and not treat it like an apartment. I have hired lawn care (both weedman and mowers).
