PROSPECTIVE TENANTS HAVE THE RIGHT TO PROVIDE BRICKLEYS WITH A PORTABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORT, AS DEFINED IN SECTION 38-12-902 (2.5), COLORADO REVISED STATUTES. BRICKLEYS IS PROHIBITED FROM CHARGING THE PROSPECTIVE TENANT A RENTAL APPLICATION FEE OR CHARGING THE PROSPECTIVE TENANT A FEE TO ACCESS OR USE A VALID PORTABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORT. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PROVIDE A VALID PORTABLE SCREENING REPORT IN LIEU OF PAYING AN APPLICATION FEE, PLEASE SKIP THE APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT SECTION OF THIS APPLICATION PROCESS AND WE WILL FOLLOW UP WITH YOU TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR MOVING FORWARD. PORTABLE SCREENING REPORTS MUST BE MADE AVAILABLE TO BRICKLEYS DIRECTLY BY THE CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY OR THROUGH A 3RD PARTY WEBSITE THAT REGULARLY ENGAGES IN THE BUSINESS OF PROVIDING CONSUMER REPORTS AND COMPLIES WITH ALL STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS.
