Hi Folks! I'm looking for a great tenant to rent my lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in the West Side neighborhood of KC. It comes FULLY FURNISHED with all of the furniture, beds, and kitchenware in the photos. The house is best suited for a couple or a max of 2 roommates as street parking is tight - a max of 2 cars would work at the property. I recently completely a full renovation of the home with a brand new kitchen with new appliances, light and bright bathroom, refinished wood floors throughout, and new washer and dryer. The house is really lovely. Each of the 3 bedrooms are on the smaller side, but the living spaces (kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room) are all really good sized. The house comes fully furnished with high end finishes, top end beds and bedding, and the coolest mid-century modern design theme you'll find in KC. We can also convert the 3rd bedroom (smallest bedroom) to a work from home office. So for the right person, the house could be an ideal work from home location as well.
