This home is the size of an average 2 bedroom house, but has been designed for open living with larger rooms, perfect for a single person or couple. Private entrance on 2nd story over garage with wrap around deck. Need to be ok with stairs to access. Spacious bedroom/office faces east for morning sun & up close view of Crestone peaks. Open kitchen/living area looks out over San Luis Valley. This home is set up as a vacation rental with everything you need including a fully furnished kitchen, walk in closet, tile floors, W/D + excellent wifi. This home does not currently have a TV. You are welcome to bring your own smart TV if you like. Note: there is an additional caretaker's studio located downstairs at the back of the property currently occupied by a quiet, mindful, full time tenant. This home is available for a 2-4 month lease starting March 5, 2024 . The utilities are $150 a month in addition to rent. This includes, wifi, W/S, gas, electric & trash/recycling removal. There is plenty of off-street and possible garage parking. No smoking. Prefer no pets, although a small dog may be considered with a $200 one time pet fee. 1st last & deposit required upon signing of lease. Cleaning fee $150.
