Fully Furnished Home for Mid/Long Lease Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully furnished residence is available for short-term leasing, providing you with comfort, convenience, and a hassle-free living experience. As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by the sun-filled living room. The dining area flows seamlessly from the living room, making it an ideal space for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to create delicious meals during your stay. From the stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher to the dishes, utensils, and cookware, you'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with cozy beds and linens to ensure you have a comfortable night's sleep. The black-out curtains in each room also make it easy for traveling nurses or anyone else who needs to sleep during the day. OPTIONAL amenities include high-speed fiber internet, air conditioning, heating, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. And although the backyard is currently under renovation and we expect it to be completed in fall. Lease Term: Minimum of one month No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the home. Utilities: The owner will cover all utility expenses. Cleaning: Tenants are responsible for day-to-day cleaning to ensure the continued cleanliness of the house and appliances. Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500 is required. It will be refunded within 7 days of lease termination, minus any deductions for damages. Payment Terms: Rent is due on the first day of each month. Payments can be made via bank transfer. Late payments may incur a fee of $20. Guest Policy: Tenants are allowed 6 guests at any given time. Tenants are responsible for their guests' behavior and adherence to house rules. Maintenance and Repairs: Report maintenance issues promptly to us. Emergency repairs will be addressed within as soon as possible. Alterations to the Property: Tenants are not allowed to make alterations or modifications to the property without written consent from the owner. This includes painting walls, installing fixtures, and making structural changes. Property Use: The property is to be used solely as a residential dwelling. Illegal activities and commercial use of the property are strictly prohibited. Subleasing: Subleasing is not allowed without written consent from the owner. Noise and Disturbances: Tenants are expected to maintain a peaceful environment and adhere to noise regulations to respect neighbors' comfort. Insurance: Tenants are strongly recommended to have renter's insurance to cover personal belongings in case of theft, damage, or unforeseen events.
