Our home is only 10 minutes from Downtown and incredibly close to I-85 and I-185. Greenville's PRISMA Hospital system is also 1 mile away! THE SPACE: Parking is permitted on the street in front of the home, or on a back side street, where there is a small grassy pull in area. The home has 2 large enclosed porches, one on the front, and the other on the back. The front porch has an A/C unit and a portable heater, transforming it into an office and sitting area. A corner desk at one end provides the perfect space to work from home, while the large armchairs in front of the fireplace make for a cozy place to enjoy a glass of wine and conversation. The back porch has a ceiling fan and outdoor seating area, complete with hooks for hanging coats and such. It also contains our laundry area, with a washer and dryer provided for your use. The interior of the home is spacious, with beautiful hardwood floors and high ceilings. Entering from the front porch, guests will emerge into our living room, featuring a large sectional sofa, coffee table, and TV. Off of the living room is a large eat-in kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. A small hallway leads to a hall bath and 2 bedrooms. The hall bath has a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination. The room to the right is our twin room, featuring two twin beds, a closet with hangers, and cube storage system for toys or clothes. The bedroom to the left is the master bedroom, featuring a large walk in closet with hangers provided, a dresser, TV, nightstands, and King bed. The en suite bathroom has a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination. The fenced in yard is best accessed through the front door, as the back door leads straight to the grassy car port area. Whether you are relocating here permanently, or just needing temporary housing, we are so excited to welcome you into our home! This home is available for monthly rent (30 days-6 month rentals available) and requires the following after booking: $750 refundable security deposit $250 pet fee plus $100 for each additional pet (if applicable) $180 cleaning fee Utilities and yardwork are included.
