The home has all appliances, including a washer and dryer on site. It can sleep 6 comfortably, not including additional space made from two living areas and pull out couch. The home is available for rent on a six month, one year or two year lease. The 6 month rate is $2500/mo, the one year rate is $2250/mo, and the two year rate is $2000/mo. One months rent security deposit is due upon lease signing, and first months rent is due at key transfer. Two pets (under 30 lbs preferred) are permitted, however the tenant is responsible for paying a $500 non refundable pet deposit, and one upholstery cleaning at move out will be deducted from your security deposit (estimated $350).
