This is a recently remodeled home very close to Drake University and a short drive to downtown. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Perfect location to be near all that Des Moines has to offer while enjoying peace and quiet when at home! Our home has two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, cutlery, a coffeepot, decaf & regular coffee, and tea bags. We have a washer and dryer, as well as basic toiletries. We also have a smart TV with Roku! House is completely decorated and furnished as shown in pictures, including smart TV, couch, dining table, 2 queen beds (in separate rooms), 2 single beds. All utilities including water, electric, gas, and wi-fi are inlcuded in monthly price. This is intended as a mid term lease (typically 1+ month, and less than 1 year) but we are flexible to accomodate different situations as this home has also been used as a successful Airbnb with great reviews. Small pets may be considered for additional fee as well, please inquire!
