Here are the rental criteria that must be met in order to rent with us: -credit check (must have recent positive accounts) -credit score 680+ -criminal background check -must have verifiable rental or mortgage history -gross monthly income of all adults together must be at least 3 times the rent -no auto loan charge-offs reported on your credit in the past 2 years -no rental debt of any kind -no evictions within the last 3 years (any evictions prior to that must be followed by a perfect rental history since then) If you do not meet the income or rental/mortgage criteria, you can still apply with a cosigner that meets all the rental criteria AND is related to you. Unfortunately, if you do not meet one (or more) of the auto loan charge off, bankruptcy, foreclosure, rental debt, or eviction criteria, then we cannot rent to you at this time.
