This 3 bedroom, 2 bath, lakefront home, is located less than 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City. The sunset views are spectacular. The interior has been extensively renovated, and comes FULLY FURNISHED, with all utilities and internet included in the monthly rent, so you can arrive and immediately relax. Walking into our home, the main floor is set up for gathering. There are two living areas providing seating for all, an open kitchen to the dining room, updated appliances, Smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is also a sun room that overlooks the water and offers a second dining option. The main floor also hosts a full bathroom (shower/ tub combo) and the laundry room. Up the stairs you will find three bedrooms (1 king room, 1 queen room, 1 bunk room with four full-size beds) and a full bathroom (shower only). Two of three bedrooms have beautiful water views and will provide an amazing sunset. All bedrooms have extra pillows and blankets, charging ports, hangers & closet space, and room for you to make yourself at home. This home is ideal year-round. The backyard and 50 ft of beach frontage is idyllic in the summer. The canopy of leaves in the fall provides weeks of gorgeous views! And in the winter the lake freezes offering ice fishing, xc skiing & even snowmobiling when conditions allow. You can also find sledding hills, skating rinks, trails, and skiing hills short drives away (30 minutes to Crystal Mountain and 45 minutes to Caberfae Peaks). Home is available from approximately January 1st, 2024 - April 30th, 2024. All utilities and internet service are included in the rental rates. Tenants may use the two outdoor parking spaces. Two garage spaces available upon request. There are no pets allowed in the home, and no smoking is allowed either. Tenants will sign a lease agreement for the duration of their stay. Monthly cleaning fee of $200 will be added to monthly rent, and a one-time final cleaning fee will be taken out of the security deposit when the lease expires.
