Renting out the house as a seasonal rental. Fully furnished and cleaned. Can accommodate six people. Comes with a couch that opens up for an extra bed. Internet, Netflix, and some other TV apps are provided, as well as base necessity (electricity, water, heating, etc.). Large backyard pets to run and patio for grilling, along with a shaded bar area and outdoor sink. The house is built and provided with everything stated by local safety codes. Has camera on the front door for monitoring, but besides that no cameras inside the house. There is a separate gate that can store boats and RVs, along with a shell driveway. Lease is for a set period of time (preferably three to six months).
